I can’t wait for doing our imagine a night book. My picture was hard to unpack on but I used my imagination and made connections to identify the meaning of the picture. It was challenging not knowing the meaning of the picture because if you do know the meaning you can see in the picture and think oh how can I NOT see that. It was ALSO challenging not knowing the sentence on the page. If you do you can also identify what the meaning of the picture is.

This was a very descriptive book I liked its motion and how it was written and the message that it sent out to people and what happened in the book and my favourite part about it was all the illusions they were different and detailed!

The photo that I got was very reap but I didn’t now how it’s possible that the night sky is on the floor?? That’s just random. I wonder why they have the curtains that create the night sky.

When we read imagine a night I really liked all of the pages because they all had perfect description and imagination! I think I liked the photos because they all meant what the sentence was and made the storey even more descriptive! I wonder how this author was able to think of these really interesting and descriptive language! I know that I would never be able to do these types of sentences as good as the author! I think the illustrator was awesome at doing the pictures because when o got the picture when the candles turned into stars in the sky I was shocked that it was hand painted! I think that the illustrator would of had to have a very steady hand if he wanted to paint pictures like these ones in imagine a
night! In my opinion I think that when I look closely I can just see that the illustrator used special hand work with the paintings! I think that the ablutions in the paintings that the illustrator did are kind of like a slide show because when you look at the end of the reflection of the trees you can start to see the lady forming in between the trees! In my opinion that gives it a great effect!
when I first read imagine a night in Mrs Cooks room our was astonished with the effect and detail with the illustrating and author work! I couldn’t even think that painting elution’s like these ones were even possible before I even read the book! I think that these elution’s can never get better and never will because, if I was in the illustrators shoes I would be saying to myself ” I think that this is as good as it gets” because it is very tricky to do elution’s! I think that if you don’t like what you have done there could be a chance that what ever you have done, is as good as you can do it!
So you don’t have to like one thing out of a million! You can like what ever you want like if there was a million one direction people in a band you don’t have to just like one of them! I hope you get the picture!
